Something was missing in our beautiful Rogue Valley ... good ole' Traditional Country Music!

So in 1992, Herb and Shirley Bell started working through the process of building a radio station with no prior radio background. However, with encouragement, expertise and guidance from professionals and friends in the industry, it all came together.

At 6:00 AM on October 24, 1994, we went on the air with the very first broadcast of KRRM 94.7 FM. Many good friends made their way at that early hour to help celebrate a brand new station. It was fun and exciting ... a day that we will never forget!

It hasn't all been a bed of roses, with many problems over the years, but our efforts are repaid frequently when listeners let us know how much they appreciate the blend of Country, Cowboy Music & Poetry, Bluegrass and Folk music we bring their way.
